VERY EXPENSIVE. They had available appointment the same day I called, which I am happy about. My problem was leaking "Drop ear" in the shower unit. I have clearly explained the problem on the phone. Technician Cody was knowledgeable, nice and got the work done in under an hour. Drop ear, shower arm and a 6 inch copper pipe are replaced after cutting 6 x 6 inch dry wall sheet rock. I checked the materials (best available) cost in Home Depot and Lowe's. It is $90. Guess what the charge was? $553. Very very expensive to a point it is RIDICULOUS.
